We believe the time is right to bring Felicity back. In an era full of reboots and revivals, few series are as primed for a meaningful return as this one—thanks to the enduring love from the cast, crew, creators, and, most of all, you.
But let’s be clear: it can’t just be good. It has to be really fing good.
Our top priority is preserving the integrity and beauty of Felicity’s story. And it must speak to the now. Who are these characters in midlife? What complexities define them today? What does self-discovery look like at forty—or fifty?
These aren’t just interesting questions. These are stories we need.
Who We Are & Where Things Stand
Hi! We’re Emilie Wapnick and Rena Hundert, writing partners known as Better Sweater Productions.
We’ve written a pilot episode to kick off the Felicity revival, and we’re proud of it. It’s heartfelt, layered, and true to the spirit of the original while exploring brand-new terrain.
The Logline: With her daughter headed to college and her identity beginning to unravel, Felicity escapes to New York where old friends, lingering tensions, and a rekindled creative spark stir questions she thought she’d already answered.
Not only is the pilot script complete, we’ve outlined the entire first season. Twelve episodes exploring identity, art, messy relationships, and midlife reinvention.
This is a grassroots movement. We’re not affiliated with a studio, streaming platform, or network—yet. But we’re gathering momentum, voices, and stories to show that the demand is real.
